Through their use of mining facilities and haulers they ensure that materials arrive where there needed, when there needed so no opperation will be delayed. Without this service ther consortium would be unable to grow at such a rapid rate.

By building and repairing the consortiums fleet the department ensures that all the Consortiums borders safe, assets are moved, the Consortiums grows.
